Lexi + Louisa created Hamptons Aristocrat in an effort to revolutionized the "old school" world of catering.  With a hyper local farm-focused approach to entertaining, Lexi + Louisa created a one-of-its-kind Fete Delivery Service in the Hamptons.  While creating a new approach to entertaining at home, Hamptons Aristocrat also took what used to be traditional catering and gave it a new look + feel. Hamptons Aristocrat is now the only local + farm-focused catering company designed to help with any and all your entertaining needs!  No party is too small for us!!  

 

From casual Friday night arrival drop-off dinners for 4 to formal 500 guest full service celebrations to Hampton's weddings and anything in-between, Hamptons Aristocrat offers an array of farm-to-table services that can meet any budget or level of service!  Our ready-to-go at a moments notice farm-focused menus range from easy drop-off catering (our Farm-to-Fete Signature Drop off) to full service events and weddings, planning and brand partnership production.  With an ultimate focus on hyper local farms, Hamptons Aristocrat offers a sustainable food service that directly supports our local farming community while simultaneously easing the stress of hosting at home offering a fine-dining and authentic Hampton's dining experience.

ABOUT LEXI + LOUISA

Lexi has over 18 years experience in the events, food + beverage industry along with a Bachelors of Science in Hotel, Restaurant + Tourism Management.  Lexi began her career in restaurants at the ripe age 15 and worked her way up to Restaurant Manager by 18.   Lexi has planned + executed over 300 weddings and events and has been lucky to work side-by-side with industry leaders like David Burke (as his General Manager for the opening of David Burke's Kitchen), Tara Guerard (as one of her lead wedding planners at Soiree Charleston), The James Hotel (as the General Manager for the opening and launch of their lounge, Jimmy) and Debordieu Club (a prestigious year round golf and country club, where she served as the Catering Director) among others.  In 2011 Lexi launched a small Food Concierge company based in Bridgehampton, South Fork + Spoon, which offered home-stocking, personal grocery shopping, home preparation + event planning for an intimate group of Hampton's clients.  Soon after South Fork + Spoon was born, Lexi realized that there was a major need for frequent but smaller fine-dining food experiences for her clients at home that a traditional catering approach simply wasn't able to meet.  As the universe would have it, Lexi met Louisa at an industry event soon after in NYC.  A year or more of brainstorming lunches and meetings Lexi + Louisa decided to launch Hamptons Aristocrat as the solution for ALL Hampton's Entertaining needs!  Lexi spends most of her off days at her home in East Quogue in the backyard with her "husband" Kevin and their two sweet dogs Fiona + Gus

Louisa was raised on cajun and organic cooking (before it was cool) down in Louisiana + Charleston!  Louisa moved to NYC to soul search a career and life that made her happy (cliche, yes). After graduating from culinary school and a few years of hard but inspirational cooking in Manhattan’s top restaurants and catering companies under renown chefs like Jean Georges + Amanda Freitag, Louisa launched the catering company Ango (awareness of the seasons) in NYC, providing unpretentious restaurant quality food to private and corporate clients such as Facebook + Tumblr + Refinery 29  + Pantene ProV+ Twitter to name a few.  Louisa met Lexi in what can only be described as serendipity, and a few years later Hamptons Aristocrat was born.  Moving to The Hamptons was the most natural of progressions for Louisa, ingredients were coming straight from farms not just farmers markets; and she feels fortunate to now call the farmers growing Hampton’s Aristocrat’s ingredients friends. Louisa continues to push the envelope of what "catering" means to our clients by offering a fine-dining restaurant quality approach to all our menu items.  On a perfect day Louisa can be found clamming with Lexi in her back yard in Remsenburg with her two rescue pups Mister and Captain or planning her next food adventure abroad. And if you’re in the mood for gumbo, there is definitely some okra from Amber Wave’s farm waiting to go into a pot at any moment!
